Buttercream Course (four weeks) – £100
Equipment not included but some non-edibles can be borrowed.
Description:
Week One – Piping Buttercream Flowers.
Week Two – Decorating a cake with different side techniques. Finish off by adding the buttercream flowers.
Week Three – Piping techniques on cupcakes.
Week Four – Decorating a cake with stencils and using piping techniques.

Week Two – Basic Flowers, Roses, Leaves, Blossoms
Week Three – making plaques,Royal Icing, Making Bags, Piping Shells.
Week Four – Lining a Tin, Basic Recipes, Writing on Plaques.
Week Five – Covering Cake & Decorating with items made during the course.
